  • 1. This is a pushy-sales resort. They will try to sell you a timeshare at every turn. 2. The hotel was under construction during our stay. The lobby was blocked off and there were loud chainsaws being used during our check-in/check-out processes, forcing the front desk attendants to yell in order for us to hear them. In addition to the chain saws, there were jackhammers being used all around the property all day long. 3. We were not told about the construction upon making the reservation, were not offered a discount, and truly, the hotel should have been closed during this process. Warning: we were told the construction will be going on until June, so call ahead before booking. And good luck!
