As a long time customer of Original Mattress factory I was very disappointed with the mattress I bought in 2012. It sagged terribly and hurts my back. My wife winds up having to sleep on the floor quite often. I called and it took 3 weeks to get someone to come look at it. he could visibly see it sag and measure and agreed it was sagging. Additionally, he noted the pillow top was too large and sewed on incorrectly.
He stuffed a bunch of padding under it to "help" level it out. I was given the option of him taking it with him to "fix" or going to the store to pick out another bed. I went and picked out another bed at the store but Justin has never gotten back with me. He has ignored my voicemail and had promised to call to resolve the issue the next week.
That was in January. It is now June. I wish you would have just told me if you weren't going to make it right. I guess it is time to go matress shopping. It definitely won't be at the Original Mattress Factory.
For what it is worth Dan Schreckengost at the store offered great service - I have bought 3 sets from him. Unfortunately he does not have the power to fix a problem - there is apparently only one guy in the Atlanta market who can look at a bed and he doesn't follow thru with you.
Before my experience with this set and Justin I would have rated it a 5. But now I have a mattress that is less than two years old and it being thrown away soon.
