  • Found my mechanic and they've been just a block away from my workplace all these years! Took my Jeep Wrangler in to diagnose a loud squeak from the engine area after getting a new engine replaced recently. Turned out to be a belt tensioner that needed to be replaced. Bob, Dorie and Co. took their time waiting to replicate the sound (only happened after starting the engine from being in park a long time). Repair was made and cost was very reasonable. What I liked most was just how they treated me like I was a close neighbor or friend. Very professional, trustworthy and personable.
