  • First time here because we wanted to try a new bbt joint. Nice and colourful walls. We ordered a matcha red bean ice blended, a kiwi fruit tea with ice jelly and a mango ice blended. All were a little sweeter than expected even with less sugar(30 or 50%). The ice blended comes with an ice cream scoop on top and also only comes in large. One issue: The kiwi fruit tea did not taste like kiwi or tea so we decided to ask for an exchange. The Hokkaido milk tea was our replacement and was a good switch. Customer service was great in dealing with the situation. Definitely our best experience with service at a bbt place. More so a 3.5 rating If craving bbt around the area, would come back to try different things.
