  • If I could give a no star rating I absolutely would!!!! I was freshly 18 at the time of signing up with Massage Envy for their yearly contract. I signed up under my mother who was going in for an account. being that I was very young, I did not pay for the account all payment was under her name. Things got a little messed up and our account was overdue due to an expired cc, but once notified payments were caught up and paid off for the remainder of the contract (1 yr). PLEASE READ CONTRACT CAREFULLY AND HAVE IT EXPLAINED SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO GET ONE. This company does everything in their power to screw people out of money! 2 years later, and here I am getting SUED & GARNISHED, at 20 years old, for an account I went into with my mom when I was young. They are suing me for a VERY LARGE amount of money because no one ever explained that when your year membership is done, it becomes a month to month that you are still expected to pay, and the only way to cancel is in person by signing of paperwork. How does that even make sense???? You sign up for a year because you want a year!!!!! They have completely screwed me over to the point where I don't know how to bounce back from it. They take matters very seriously, anything to get money they will do. Please have your contract thoroughly explained, so that you do not fall into the same problems that I have. I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to. They are an absolutely pathetic company.
