  • Nobu in Caesars Palace offers an intimate setting with great service. I came here for a special wine pairing dinner. The food and the service was stellar. I enjoyed the cod and the sauce; that was one memorable dish.The Lychee Martini prior to dinner tasted great too. All the dishes were spectacular! I am not a wine expert by any means, but the Japanese wines were just o.k and not amazing. Overall, great and unique Japanese cuisine in an intimate environment.
