  • We had reservations for Saturday evening before the Phantom show at the Overture. When we arrived there was no record of our reservations. The greeter immediately talked with others, found us a table, and had us seated in a few minutes. Restaurant was packed, so finding us a table was a major accomplishment. Our waitress was personable, offering her recommendations, expressing enthusiasm about some of our selections, and making us feel special. The food was great, but it was the efforts and attitude of the staff that made what could have been a very bad experience into a thoroughly enjoyable dinner.
