  • I wish I could give the customer service of this location, and entire company negative stars. A business like David's Bridal should be based on customer service. They should be proud to be a part of such a special day for a bride and the parties involved. I would also expect them to be accommodating if heartbreak strikes and the wedding is called off. I, and 4 others purchased a dress recently and no adjustments have been made to the items; tags intact and all...but they won't except a return? This makes me shake my head. No thank you. I will never use this company again.
