  • Been with Cox 20 years now. Nothing else available here to switch to. Internet In and out of service monthly . Just called again to report that I have no internet. I waited 7 min to get to representative and after she confirmed my phone number to call back if we got interrupted she hung up and I got no call back. Ridiculous. I've lived all over Las Vegas and it's the same service everywhere ( none) .
