Bought a lap top computer approximately 16 months ago with an extended warranty, had to bring the computer back due to a mother board malfunction . The geek squad service department at Best Buy was happy to help me, giving me promises ie we will keep you updated on the service by e mailing you through out the process, promising the delivery date and assuring me they would keep me informed every step of the servicing process. WRONG! On e mail stating they ( the service department has received my computer) and no further communication was initiated, I had visited the store 3 times and each time there response was we are waiting for parts? The return delivery date was Jan 22nd , they suggested that I should buy another computer to use in the meantime and return the new one when mine is finally repaired and returned to me? What???? I 'm extremely disappointed for I trusted them to be honorable in their promises and service . No service excellence here.
