| - What: China visa for myself and my minor daughter.
Service: Both Ben and Cherry were extremely helpful in answering my questions and keeping me updated.
Cost: $180 per visa, lasts 10 years. Really happy they accept a check! Also, be sure to provide copy of hotel and flight info and minor's birth certificate so they can make a copy. Don't use Costco for the passport photo because it turned out their background was slightly gray instead of white. We thought it might get rejected, but luckily it went through. Cherry recommends going to Walgreens for the passport photo.
Turnaround: 2 weeks approx. It took a little longer for ours because we ran into a new issue with China. China passed a new law during the time of our submission that they wanted proof that both my husband and I were U.S. citizens BEFORE our daughter was born. Therefore, we both had to provide copies of OLD passports dated prior to her birth. Luckily, we could dig those up, but it was a pain and also stupid, especially since my husband currently has a China visa! On top of that, this was my 4th visa so it wasn't like it was my first, but I guess China doesn't keep records? Thankfully, Ben said I could just take a picture with my phone and text it to him, so that saved me a trip of driving all the way back to their office.
Location: On Spring Mountain in a plaza with plenty of parking. They even have two designated spots out front just for their business.
They seem to be the only game in town for China visas (that I could find), but I would definitely use them again in the future.
