| - Update:
Signed up for a year-long contract personal training contract with Q. He said if I followed his routines three times a week and followed his diet plan he would be changing up/emailing out to me a couple times a month, I'd reach my goal of gaining 10 lbs of muscle within a year.
After five months of going to all my scheduled sessions and going to the gym 3-4 times a week, I'm down across the board in all my measurements. My chest size went down three inches in two months was the biggest notice, and overall I'm physically weaker.
Remember when I mentioned the meal plans? Well he stopped sending them after the second one on January 1st, 2017, when I signed up December 10, 2016. He told me he stopped sending them because the personal trainers I worked with said I was "looking great". If that were true, why would I want to follow and eat the exact same things every single day since January 1st until now?
Oh? Another kicker? His first meal plan was ~1300-1500 total a day and he wanted me to follow that for two/three weeks. The reason? Because of the "fungal in your intestines". So not only was he essentially wanting me to starve myself for a few weeks, but he was giving out untrue medical advice about "fungal" problems in my intestines. I spoke with an actual registered dietitian about these meal plans and she called his advice "nutritionist quackery".
I'm currently in a contract dispute with Q and the personal training with LA Fitness, because I was mislead and was promised results. Why should I have to continue to pay for this product when I am literally getting weaker than before I started following their program to a "T". I'll update this post after the dispute is figured out.
For now, stay away from signing into a contract with LA Fitness personal training. I'm highly disappointed with Q, His manager, and LA Fitness corporate for prolonging this BS. What a waste of my time and money.
