  • Both Up and Down are beautiful and comfortable. Down is a bit small and open were Up is larger, more set-aside and enclosed for being in the middle of a hotel and casino. The Dream is a freaky looking drink and way too sweet for me so we stuck with PJ after that. The people watching was superb, which is good since at Down we had terribly slow service. Our service at Up was much better.
