  • Andrew and Ryan are stand up guys. They charged me $65 for a lockout today that some other company tried charging $195 for. The other company came down to $130 and then offered to match the $65 but by then Ryan was already on the way. The guy threatened to call the police if I didn't pay a $55 cancellation fee, which was hilarious. I told him to go ahead and call them. Andrew told me this was just one of the many scammers in the business. I'm gonna check out the radio show soon. P.S. my keys were in the trash barrel in front of Target with my Starbucks cup from earlier! This was not one of my better days... but at least I learned something.
