I went in to Bakers Bros to look at carpet, having the color name and brand in hand. I was very rudely treated when I asked for help and the who was "helping" me scoffed at me for trying to find this carpet with "little information" for their "huge" store. Awesome. If having a large store takes away from the quality of your service, you may want to rethink your business practice as well as place kind individuals on your front end. I'm very unhappy with the service and will not use baker bros in the future.
