Much better quality service than Greyhound, though not as wide of a network. Their customer base also seems to be better as well. Their $1 fares are real, you just need to be one of the first to book (months in advance.)
They tell you to get there at least 15 minutes early. They're serious. I didn't see a public restroom anywhere around though, other than local restaurants.
The bus stop is outdoors, but covered from the elements. You might want to call ahead of time to confirm exactly where the bus stop is.
No refunds, only exchanges (with a fee) at least 3 hours in advance.
