This place has changed SO much since I last came here as a kid. It looks NOTHING like how it was when it first opened. I remember the food being pretty good as a kid, so I looked forward to coming here again.
My girl and I shared rice with BBQ'd pork and hu tieu with beef.
The BBQ'd pork was nice and smokey. I was surprised by the broth that came with the rice. Normally it comes in a dinky ass rice bowl, but it was at least twice the amount of a rice bowl. F yeah! Our hu tieu was good, but definitely a little too salty and that's coming from someone who loves sodium. Speaking of salty, their broth is a little on the salty side too, but it's also packed with a lot of flavor. The service was also very friendly and amusing too.
The other pho spots in the area are repulsive. Just put up with the wait and eat here instead.
