  • Excellent customer service from the employees. Came in to see about my girlfriends bill as we both have unlimited talk text and data but she pays for the "old" unlimited plan and I have the newer one which is cheaper. The employee was able to check her account status and plans and get her set up with the newer unlimited plan which is cheaper and also she had a promotion on her account that saved her additional money and signed her up for autopay which saved even more. He was very patient as she was on the phone getting her bank account info so she could set up the autopay. Great experience and a very nice store.
