  • Very displeased with the service today. Never had a problem till I had an appointment with Saya. I asked her to trim my hair and told her I was trying to grow it out. She cut two inches off my hair. I cannot even tie it in a ponytail now. I told her I did not like it and it was too short and she just nodded it at me. It seemed like she did not understand what I was saying to her. Very upset will not be coming back here.
