  • Extremely dissatisfied! If it was possible to give zero or negative stars, I would. When I made my appointment 2 weeks in advance I was quoted a price of $120 and was told it would take 3 hours. The day of my appointment I arrived early but the stylist was not ready which caused my service to not start until 45 minutes later. The young lady doing my hair was more interested in talking on her phone and to others in the shop than doing my hair which resulted in it taking SIX AND A HALF hours to do my hair. That's ENTIRELY too long for crochet braids! It gets worse. I told the stylist what I wanted to be able to do with the braids BEFORE she started (pulling it up, ponytail, bun, etc.) but thanks (or no thanks) to the way she braided my hair I can only really wear it one way with out the cornrows showing. I told the stylist how long I wanted the hair and she CHOPPED it 3 inches shorter than I requested. When I told her it was too short she advised me it tangles if it's too long. When someone is paying for a service, you give them what they paid for...not what you think they should have. To top it off, when I was ready to pay I was informed it was $150, not the $120 I was quoted. So now, I'm stuck with a hairstyle that isn't what I wanted. There aren't enough words to describe how disappointed I am. I will tell everyone I meet to avoid this place like the plague!
