DR, THOMAS- DO YOU READ YOUR REVIEWS? (Listen to your patients)
I've been going to this place since 2012. I looked at some of the posts here and agree with the 1 star reviews. I had 2 root canals fixed there and paid for each session in 2014. I received a collection notice in January 2016 for a balance due of $532.34. I immediately called and requested validation since they were clear that payment was expected after the work is completed. I made my payments after each visit but they sent me a bill itemizing things from 2012 through 2014 which was my last visit with them. They sent me to collections and I tried to call to set something up despite not agreeing with their statement. Heather the office manager is rude and unprofessional. She said that they don't accept anything that wasn't a full payment. I asked if I paid them would they give me a letter agreeing not to report the matter to the credit agencies and she refused by saying "we don't do that". I later called and asked to speak with Dr. Mitchell Thomas personally and you guessed it Heather answered. She asked who was calling and after giving my info she said he's not available. I gave my info and Dr. Thomas never called me back. I will never return to them. I am willing to pay the amount they allege I owe however not without a letter stating it will not be reported to the credit agencies. I will be contacting the Arizona Dental Association regarding this matter as well. I still don't get that after my last payment in 2014 they say I owe a balance of $532.34 and get away with it and sending me to collections 2 year after service.
