  • I recently had some brake work done, and I am glad I choose this shop. The receptionist was very warm and friendly, and made sure all the details I gave were communicated to the guys working on my vehicle. Mike was straight forward about the issues with my car and even texted me pictures to point out some of the issues. I feel that I was treated very fairly. He called me when he found out there may be problems with the repair, and then called just to update that extra work wouldn't be necessary. Communication throughout was great, and the price was very fair. The best part was that they had the work completed same-day, whereas other shops said they would be held up due to the holiday. They didn't give me the run around at any point like other shops in the area. There are a lot of choices, but I encourage you to choose Nordonia Goodyear!
