Pretty authentic Chinese food on the strip and it's open late. Better than I expected.
We came in at 2am on a Wednesday. They're open until 3am on Wednesday. It wasn't busy at all and we were seated immediately. The waiter promptly greeted us and made some appetizer suggestions. We went with edamame and red wontons. The edamame was cooked with anise and had a good flavor. Even better when you make a sauce mix from the soy sauce and hot pepper sauce on the table and dip the edamame in it. The red pork wontons were very flavorful too. Very good.
The food came out so quickly and was piping hot. I thoroughly enjoyed my Cantonese beef noodle soup. The noodles were cooked just right, fresh baby bok choy, tender beef and tendon, and hearty broth. Just the way I like it. Yes, it's a little pricy for Chinese food but it's expected being on the strip and located in the gorgeous Venetian hotel and casino.
I wouldn't hesitate to come back for some more noodle soup. Really want to try the schezuan beef noodle soup based on the other Yelp reviews. Next time for sure!
