So disappointed...this was my first car purchase that I went in unassisted financially and I am just at a loss at how inattentive the sales and service teams have been. Began the process of purchasing the car the first of this month...picked it up a week after we were told it would be available. Opted for a tent feature for the car - over a month later and it is still unavailable, despite my having been told that it was en route when I picked up the car. I had to call to check when and if anything was ready throughout this ordeal. Never will I ever be doing business with Kayser Nissan. Our salesman Joe was perfectly nice, but pretty flakey when it came to following up. It would have been great to have had some excitement leaving the lot as opposed to frustration.
