  • So disappointed, second time I've been here and the service was horrible. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone even came by. The table was so wobbly our water spilled and when we asked to move, our waiter acted like it was such a problem, seriously the place was not even a fourth full. The chocolate pizza was like rubber, when we told the waiter he said what do you want? I told them we were locals and we had been there before and this was the most disappointing outing I had there. Sorry Sugar Factory but I'll be referring my guest to other restaurants on the strip.
