Asked to have a package shipped and held at a UPS store near the receiving location as the recipient wouldn't be available by the time it arrived. I received no word on shipping, called a week and a half later, and they told me they were still holding it here. Told I could receive a 20% discounted rate on upgraded 2 day shipping that would still cost over $100 more. Never offered any form of recompense beyond the option of paying more for poor service.
