  • I had my 7 groomsmen order essential charcoal suits and ordered an essential black tux for my self. For 6 of the groomsmen and myself, the suits/tuxes fit extremely well and looked great, only requiring minor alterations (which were reimbursed). Unfortunately, 1 of my groomsmen received a suit that fit terribly and was 3 sizes too great. Unfortunately, there was no time to remake a suit so we just went with what we had. So I'm removing one star for this reason. I'm also removing a star for the quality of service we received after we made our initial purchases. For instance, it was super easy to get our initial fittings, but after we purchased our suits, received them, and wanted to get second fittings, they told us hey had no availabilities for a month . furthermore, when there were measuring problems for one of our suits, they did not call us to get them resolved. Yes, they emailed us, but it got lost in our inboxes and they did not bother trying again, leaving our order in a pending state for weeks while we believed it was being made. Because of this delay, my last groomsman did not have the time to remake his suit.
