  • Was in here the other day and had some of the best service I've had in awhile. My server was very nice and the boys got my ice cream out very fast and It was done to perfection. It was a great experience until some lady walked in through the back door. All of the workers attitudes seemed to change as if they were afraid of this women, I later found out that this was Meghen Malley, the daughter of the Malleys. She came in and started yelling at the workers who just did a fantastic job taking care of me. She was there for 5 minutes and she did not say one nice thing to any of her employees. I hope she isn't always like this but she really ruined my experience, I was having a good dessert before she showed up! It's not a good look for the company when the lady in charge doesn't respect her outstanding workers. Should be 5 stars but 3 stars because my service was amazing but they lost the 5 stars because of Meghen. Very disappointed in the management of this place, respect your employees, they were fantastic.
