So the hubby & his friend wanted to check out this event so I just tagged along. We went In November. A VERY VERY VERY EXTREMELY COLD & WINDY night btw. It was outdoors next to El Cortez in Downtown LV, which what looked like a little ally or something. Booths were setup w/ small business owners selling their items as well as several food trucks. Loud music was playin' by a stage. It wasn't too busy @ first since we went very early to get good parking. A must to do btw as I noticed by the end of our night, it started to get pretty busy. A free concert was happening that night by Mayor Hawthorne. The hubs knew who he was but I didn't. Ooops! ; ) A handful of us got to do a meet & greet tho w/ this guy which Verizon was sponsoring. Took all of us into El Cortez, into this room where we got to take pictures w/ him. It was an ok event I guess. I was actually expecting it to be much more. I was hoping for more vendors to check out. Maybe if it wasn't so windy & super cold, I would've enjoyed myself more.
