  • Long story short... Pork ribs are amazing. I've had ribs all over the US and the ones here compare favorably with all of them. The meat falls off of the bones and have a smoky flavor. The sauce is also quite tasty with a tinge of spices. The beef brisket and pork shoulder are fairly average.
