Ok we love Wolfgangs and its because of our 2 regular bartenders those guys are awesome. The grilled chicken caesar salad is awesome. Now lets switch gears a little. My wife and I average 2 times per week at the restaurant.
Lets start off about the pizza. Waaaaay to much crust i actually stopped ordering your pizzas although i love them because of this. There is enough crust there to make almost another entire pizza. Your appetizer of goat cheese is amazing, unbelievable, life changing.
Tonight we got take put for the first time ever. Epic fail is the only words i have. I ordered large casear salad cause we love it so much, a baked ravioli and spaghetti and meatballs.
Everything came in 1 bag, take out 101 dont put cold items with hot items in the same bag. I asked for an additional bag and the got me one. Large caesar came into 2 separate containers with only 1 crouton with goat cheese. Barely any shaved parmigiano and 1 small dressing. Needless to say below average and i know when i eat that salad there thats not how it is. We had no bread for our pasta dishes and no utensils not even napkins.
So here is my suggestion, if its a training issue for take outs thats an easy fix. The quality control or whoever is expediting on the line needs to make sure of the same quality for to go orders as eating inhouse. If its a company policy to do it this way then someone needs to run this up to Wolfgang himself for some changes.
