| - While the food was ok, and the guys that were cooking the food were nice, I'm not happy with the overall experience. My boyfriend and I went there on a weekday, and they were very understaffed and overcrowded. It's not that service was bad, there just was not enough of it.
- We ordered egg rolls, and they came out rather late.
- I dropped my fork by mistake when I first got my food and asked for a new one, but was not brought a new one until the meal was long done and we were waiting for our check. I didn't mind that too much, because I ended up using chopsticks.
- My water glass was empty for most of the meal.
- The tables/seats were so close to each other, I noticed people struggling to walk around. I was so close to the table behind us, I got headbutted by the guy sitting behind me, and I was sitting with my midsection squished against the table. In addition, when I attempted to walk up to the area where they cook food(to get myself chopsticks), I got elbowed by a girl trying to take her coat off while sitting at her table. There was just no room to get around.
I left with a headache(from colliding heads with the guy behind me, the uncomfortably loud noise level due to too many people seated so near to each other all talking, and not enough water), not happy, and still hungry(we were planning on getting dessert there, but ended up leaving and getting it elsewhere).
I love going out to eat, and was hoping that this place would be another regular spot(because I love the idea of this place). With all of the other options available around Pittsburgh(especially South Side), I have no reason to go back. There is much better experiences elsewhere.
