First experience was a very good one. The technician, Mike, was very nice and took the time to actually explain the issue and show me the parts that needed to be replaced and why. Explained the charges on the invoice. Also, on a hot Friday before a long weekend, from the time I called to the time they arrives was only about a couple of hours.
Some things I like about Aire One is that they have employees, and not contractors. Usually (but not always), this translates to better service, since the employee has an incentive to do so. Contractors have no vested interest in developing a customer relationship. They get in, they get out, they go to the next job. Did not feel that with Aire One. At least, not for this visit. This one may require an update at some point.
