| - Personal experience below. So, a year and half after Findlay told me I needed break job done cause the pads were running thin. I went to Las Vegas Acura, and asked for second opinion, was told breaks are fine. A year and half later in Chicago, Acura dealers inspected the breaks per my request, they said it still has 60% wear left. No need to change breaks. Fact, this dealership LIES to get you to do unnecessary work. You got caught, and I'm never going back.
Another issue, they did a warranty repair on steering wheel column, after I got my car back, my steering wheel got 5 large scrape marks from tool they used to open up the steering wheels. Furthermore, when I go the car back, to get the car going straight, steering wheel had to be at a 45 degree angle. they failed to even test drive it after fixing the warranty work. Strange things happen at this dealership. Usually Acura dealers are meticulous, but this one, result could vary. I don't trust this place to wash my car !! Not a happy customer.
Contrarery to the other poster, their price is NOT cheap. Oil change was around $80. 30000 miles service was $485. Car wasn't returned cleaned.
