Gorgeous theatre but Customer Service is terrible. If you are looking for information I suggest calling the theatre directly because I'm pretty sure whoever is in charge of the mailbox info@mirvish.com is a teenager. I sent a question to this mailbox and received just "No." as an answer. No further explanation, no salutation or closing. Literally, just "No." This would be acceptable if it were a friend or someone close but as a business, it is just rude and shows customers that you do not care. Tempted to reply to the person asking for more information because his "no" answer was not good enough but I cannot be bothered.
