I planned part of my sister's bachelorette party here. We had some schedule and attendance changes in the weeks leading up to the event. Both Kyle and Vince were very nice and accommodating about it. Overall, they made planning our visit as stress free as possible. We used a groupon for our rooms without any issues.
On the day of our visit, we had the Da Vinci and Nuclear Meltdown. Everyone seemed to have a blast and Vince had a great sense of humor throughout. The puzzles were not impossible, but we did need a few hints along the way. The flow of the puzzles was logical and kept us going in one direction.
Would have given this place 5 stars, but I see two areas for improvement. The first is the phone. I had called a couple times prior to our event, but could never get an answer or someone to return my voicemail. I'm not sure where my call was directed or if they were received... However, this wasn't a huge deal because the staff was very nice when I went to get help in person. The second is the atmosphere of the rooms. I think the planning of the rooms/flow was great; but I think more effort could be put in to making the rooms more immersive in terms of decor/storyline objects. This place has a lot of potential and I would definitely recommend going at least once. I'd be interested to see if they switch up the rooms every few months as a sort of rotating schedule.
