  • We have been going to this business (grooming) for at least five years, however, recently the customer service and quality has gone to zero. The young women that are evidently "in charge" are rude and nasty. The only groomer that is beyond awesome is Philip who always does a great job and is always personable. There needs to be some firing of the young women who work here. They urgently need a lesson in kindness and decorum and customer service; especially the supervisor. Do not take your pet here and find another groomer with the exception of Phillip.
