  • I had a bolt rust that holds the toilet to the base/floor and my home warranty company assigned the repair to Call-Us Plumbing. They called me to confirm an appointment on the same day (Saturday) within a 4 hour window. They then called me again 15 minutes before they were at my house. Willy the service professional was great! He was courteous and did an excellent job. He even went the extra mile to caulk around the base of the toilet, even though that wasn't covered by the warranty repair. I will definitely request them again and even use them if I have a plumbing repair not covered by the warranty.
