I received confirmation that a package I was expecting was delivered. When I went to my mail box to retrieve it, they had given me the wrong compartment key, since the package in there was not mine. I went down to the post office right after I checked my box( I get off work at 4, by the time I got my box checked it was 415-430.) so I arrive at te post office by 445. The lady at the desk told me I had to speak to a carrier. The lady at that door was less than helpful saying there is nothing she can do, the carriers need to be clocked out at 5 and no one can go back to my complex unit to see what box my package was put in until tomorrow. Someone there made a mistake and clearly they did care to make it right. I don't live in the best of areas and my package consisted of $400 worth of products for my self employment. Which I was expecting to receive today for my customers to receive tomorrow. Clearly that's not going to happen and this will now affect my business and my customers. Not to mention my pocketbook as it was a large expense for me. I am not happy at all
