I went in to have all 4 wisdom teeth extracted on February 2nd. The surgery was quick and went well. When I came back for my checkup exam a week later, the nurse staged me in one of the exam rooms. Dr. Frank came in the room a few minutes later and tilted me back on the chair and asked me to open my mouth. He inserted two of the wooden exam sticks to move my cheeks out of the way for the inspection and caused some pain, to which I instinctually reacted to by moving my hands up towards my chin. For some reason, this upset Dr. Frank and he became irate and frustrated. He threw the wooden sticks in the trash and said "If you're not going to let me do my job then I can't help you". I thought he was joking but he kept going on about it getting more and more angry. He pressed the button on the automatic chair to quickly release it back to the ground without warning and said he will come back in a few minutes to see if I would let him do his job. He left the room followed by his assistant. I was left there in shock with my boyfriend to decide what to do next. I was uncomfortable being around this psychotic doctor who I trusted to conduct my checkup exam with caution and care as my surgery sites are still very painful. My boyfriend and I left the exam room where we encountered the doctor's assistant. She was there for the entire thing and sincerely apologized for his behavior. The staff was great throughout the entire process, but after seeing the true side of Mr. Frank I will not recommend nor return to this office.
