Had a policy with them for 3.5 years - mixed experience during that time. But, my wallet was stolen and had to replace my credit cards so the old card billing didn't process and they cancelled my account. When I reached out to them they told me that they emailed me about this and sent a letter - how about a phone call if it's so urgent like every other vendor? I was subsequently told that they would have to re-write my policy with preconditions - Great way to treat a loyal customer and the customer service rep eventually hung up on me. I recently switched to Healthy Paws. We'll see. I don't recommend Embrace.
