These guys really helped me out when I got stranded in Las Vegas. I had attended CES and when I went to get into my car to drive back to SLC, I could not get in... my key fob wouldn't work. So I walked to this AutoZone where they replaced my key battery. But when I went back to my car I still couldn't get in. I waited for hours for the service provided by my insurance provider. Turned out to be a dead battery. My car got enough juice when jumped to drive over to this AutoZone again. They tested the battery and said it had just above the standard it needed in order to be replaced under warranty, but since it was still (barely) within warranty *and* I was driving back home - 5 hours away - alone that night, they replaced it under warranty/without charge. I had bought the battery from an AutoZone across the country but they didn't worry about that. They didn't worry about me being a repeat customer either (although I obviously would be if I lived closer). They understood I was driving across the desert late at night, due to the delays caused by this fiasco, and I wanted to have peace of mind. They gave me that.
