My experience with the Sardella's staff was pretty horrible. I tried ordering online and somehow, my address got mixed up with someone else's and it took about two hours for my pizza to arrive. When it eventually did, it was pretty cold. The manager ended up giving me credit back but only after I asked for it. What made the interaction especially horrible was that no one was willing to take responsibility for the mixup. He just kept asking me if I was sure that I put in the address correctly. I was confident that I had because I kept the receipt. To top things off, the driver ended up asking me the same question as well and blaming me for putting him off track with all of his other orders. What a nightmare...
