  • Sushi Roku is an excellent sushi restaurant, my favorite in LV, and one of my favorites in the USA. You can fall into the trap that I always fall into- which is ordering a ton of the most expensive sushi- but you can also take a more reasonable path and eat lunch specials, omakase plates, etc, and you will save your wallet. The quality has always been consistently excellent. They generally have excellent, juicy / fatty toro, and the nigiri slices are generously cut and well executed. Although I seldom eat rolls, they have a creative selection. **LV residents should note that they give a 20% off locals discount- huge score! I will always return to Sushi Roku when in LV- absolutely love it! Highly recommended for all levels of 'sushi expertise', and the non-sushi menu (which I don't venture into) is extensive enough to satisfy non-sushi eaters as well. Enjoy!
