  • the previous visit after they took x-rays they left me in the chair waiting for my cleaning for and hour and 20 minutes. i was about to walk out when an employee noticed me and went and got the dentist to take care of the cleaning, which he raced through like never before. today's visit i never even got to the x-ray portion of the visit, for i was left sitting in the waiting room for a half hour at least and i finally had enough of their crap. this dental office is like an airline, they seem to overbook patients and expect them to wait around as long as they possibly can get them to do so. never again shall i step foot in this dump, shall go back to my old dentist, its worth the long drive. AND WHILE I WAS WAITING THIS POOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUAL WALKED IN AND ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST IF SHE COULD GIVE HIM A TOOTHBRUSH AND SHE REPLIED: WE DON'T HAVE ANY. HOW PATHETIC OF HER NOT TO HELP HIM OUT WITH SOMETHING THEY GIVE AWAY TO EVERY PAYING PATIENT, INSENSITIVE, GREEDY SORRY EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. IF HE HAD HAD INSURANCE I AM CERTAIN SHE WOULD HAVE KISSED HIS BUTT.
