  • If I could give this place a zero I would. I came in over the summer to get my brakes checked. They said I need to replace my front brake pads. I waited almost 4 hours for my car to get fixed. The mechanic mentioned he kept testing the brakes and they didn't feel right. At 7pm when the place was closing the manger tested the car and said it was fine. I left and immediately noticed something wrong. I had to literally press the pedal to the floor to have my car stop. I had my boyfriend test the car when I got home and he basically said my front brakes weren't engaging. Had I gone on the highway or had to make a sudden stop I could have killed or seriously injured myself or another person. I went in the next day and the manager said something was wrong with the parts. Yet he let me drive away the day before knowing damn well something was wrong. And said they would fix it "no charge." Thanks asshole. Do NOT bring your car here.
