  • If I could give them zero stars I would. I have never been treated so horribly over the phone by a customer service representative for a company and I have never had to try so hard to get information about my service. We have been waiting for our things to be shipped for two weeks now, and the most anyone has told us, when they even answer the phone, is another lie followed by more lies. Save yourself the trouble and literally use any other service to move your things.
