  • I have always been a fan of Chloe's and was so excited after I found out about their 50 cent iced coffees. I would come several times a week as my work is right across the street so it was super conveninent and good to my wallet. They have the same people that work there every morning and some are definitely friendlier/more approachable than others. I went maybe two weeks without going and then went in the first week of May with my 50 cents in change and after I ordered, they told me it would be $1.00! I know it seems petty to complain about paying $1.00 for coffee when the Starbucks in the same shopping center charges $3.00 but how do you double in price without even notifying your clientele? The sign outside still says 50 cents, too! I decided to go back (and had proper change this time) two weeks later and the two guys in front of me that ordered their iced coffees were charged 50 cents so I assumed they went back to their original price. I ordered (next to them and at a different register) and of course, mine was rung up for $1.00. I didn't want to cause a scene asking why they were charged 50 cents and I was charged $1.00 at 8 in the morning with a bunch of people around so I paid my dollar, noticed the sign outside STILL says 50 cents and walked my unsatisfied self out. Unfortunately this might be my last iced coffee from Chloe's.
