  • The Jack Astor's above Dundas Square is basically like that Starbucks above the Shibuya Crossing in Tokyo -- I think it's like a requisite for tourists. I guess you can't blame them - both places overlooked the bright, crowded and busiest area of the area. Only come here during patio season - the view is pretty cool. Otherwise, it's like any other mega-bar. But don't expect anything else - food and drinks... meh. Service is predictably plastic given this is a mega-chain.
