This review is not about my doctor, its about the MD Anderson Facility and poor customer service.
Have not been feeling good, went to family doctor past 6 months. I finally decided I needed to have my oncologist check me out. I tried calling for an appointment, after waiting on the phone for 5 minutes as I was number 9 in que the receptionist said I needed to talk with the scheduler Lindsay and he transfers my call to her answering machine. I left my name and number and never got a return call. I checked my voicemail in case I missed her call. So this morning I called again and waited 10 minutes to be transfer to lindsay voicemail once again.
I called the receptionist to ask talk to a live person instead of Lidsays voice mail he said maybe lindsay was in the bathroom he had no idea why she is not answering the phone. I said I called last week and never got a return call, is there a live person to talk with? He said No, she might be busy or away from her desk his attitude was unapologetic and rude like I was bothering him.
I love my doctor, but dread anytime I have to have an interaction with any of the employees at this place. Even the nurses can be cold.
